Description

The fact that Pokemon Legends: Arceus is available on mobile has surprised many fans. So, the new almost open world in the Pokemon series, you can now play on mobile. Out of all the famous Pokemon games you’ve played, is there any as strange as Pokemon Legends: Arceus?

Introduce ab out Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Bringing ancient Sinnoh and exotic Pokemon battles to mobile!

Background

Pokemon Legends: Arceus focuses on bringing new spaces, events and species for players to discover, capture and fight side by side. When you realize you’re spending too much time wandering around in the world of Pokemon Legends: Arceus, that’s when you officially can’t pause the game anymore.

Even the way the story begins in this Pokemon part is unusual. You are plunged into a time gap after a mysterious event. Waking up, no longer in the contemporary world but fell into a vast land called Hisui. Hisui is the ancient period of the Sinnoh region in the game Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. There are still familiar features, but this world is very different. At that time, people still didn’t know much about wild Pokemon, there was no training school for Trainers, everything was still very wild, a fertile land for adventurous hearts.

There are countless wild Pokemon species of all types, all abilities. They roam everywhere in the land, sometimes wanting to be close, sometimes wanting to stay away from humans. This was exactly 100 years ago when we had Trainer forces and a series of epic Pokemon battles in Gyms.

Returning to this ancient world also means being a part of history, knowing the origin of all the details about Pokemon, even the smallest. Where does PokeBall come from? How is TM created? Why are there trainers? Why are Pokemon divided into many races? Almost everything that is considered obvious or makes you wonder in other games, Pokemon Legends: Arceus explains it in detail.

The world in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Unlike previous generation Pokemon games, Pokemon Legends: Arceus offers a vast ancient world, but there are still areas that are limited or require a new stepping stone to open, so it can’t be called a poen world yet. However, Pokemon Legends: Arceus still proudly asserts its unusual appeal thanks to the appearance of a unique new Pokemon cast and strange gameplay.

The first difference you can see very clearly in this game is the appearance of a series of cutscenes. The story through space leads to a lot of details that need to be explained accurately and satisfactorily. The gameplay that follows the battles often seen in previous generation Pokemon is unresolved, but requires a lot of cutscenes and dialogue to explain to the player the important events. You may or may not care, but believe me, all the essence of the art of storytelling is all in this deep cutscene and dialogue system.

Also thanks to the creation of a vast world, countless interesting things to explore and this artistic storytelling, Pokemon Legends: Arceus has been considered the most profound Pokemon game ever.

Explore the land and conquer wild Pokemon

In this ancient region, there are many wild Pokemon unknown to humans. Your task is to use your existing Pokemon to capture each Pokemon of the land and get the stars on the badge.

There are 5 extremely powerful wild Pokemon in the game. Your ultimate goal is these 5 species. Conquer them, complete the Pokedex set and tame Arceus, the legendary Pokemon of the Hisui region, you will be the winner of the game.

Countless quests

If you’ve played Pokemon, you probably already know. The path to achieving the ultimate goal is never smooth. And to get there, you’ll have to strengthen yourself and your Pokemon’s skills and complete a lot of side quests before reaching the common goal. So does Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

Speaking of side quests, this is also a strong point of this game. There are countless side quests, events set in the game. You will be grinding your ass with this game for a long time because every mission is good, but they are completely different, neither one is even similar to the other.

Too many new Pokemon “landed”

Hisui is an ancient land, so the addition of new wild Pokemon species is not unexpected by players. But no one expected it to have so many new Pokemon, including species seen for the first time. Like Wyrdeer, Basculegion, Kleavor. You can also find Pokemon specific to this region such as Hisuian Voltorb, Zorua, Zoroak, Braviary, Growlithe.

The culmination is the unique appearance of the top Legendary Pokemon species including Darkrai, Shaymin (Land Forme) and Arceus.

That’s more than enough for fans who can’t ignore this game.

In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, battles with wild Pokemon also take place with classic turn-based mechanics. You can go with 6 Pokemon at the same time, each Pokemon can learn 4 different skills and have a certain number of uses depending on the species. You can rest assured that no matter how hard the battle, the Pokemon will not die. You always have the opportunity to energize and revive your Pokemon during battles. Note, each use of the item, regardless of the purpose, counts as a turn.

Of course as with any Pokemon before it, there are mixed opinions about the balance of turn-based battles in this Hisui region, such as the lack of sections on the counter powers of the Pokemon, the spread of Pokemon systems… But in the end, the fun of Pokemon Legends: Arceus players is DISCOVER. Just being a part of history, finding out the source of it all is already a great happiness, isn’t it?

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is an excellent Pokemon game, in my opinion. It converges with depth in the plot, explaining most of the what, why, where questions we all have when playing Pokemon games in the past. The combat system is also very good. Most importantly, the new wild Pokemon that appear is too cool, too majestic. This is a certain part of Pokemon you must play.
