In BOWBLITZ, there is an extremely interesting mechanism, which is bow fishing – something that only BOWBLITZ has. Accordingly, you will use a bow and arrow to “shoot” fish from underwater. The fish will randomly appear on the lake surface and you have to quickly shoot them before they dive away.

Although there are no powerful damage attacks, each time you hit a fish, you will collect valuable items or upgrade your weapon. The good thing here is that you have to calculate the timing and accuracy extremely carefully, because each shot is not always as easy as shooting monsters. This mechanism adds a bit of a “hunting” element in the middle of tense battles, making you have to fight and patiently wait for the golden opportunity to hit the fish.

The map in BOWBLITZ is not duplicated randomly. Each area has its own theme such as:

• Frozen Tundra: Slippery ice and snow, easy to miss.
• Molten Abyss: Hot land, lava flows, blood loss when entering dangerous areas.
• Haunted Woods: Trees grow blocking the way, requiring flexible movement.
