In that situation, whether lucky or unlucky, you are one of the 10% that survive. The days ahead will certainly be a series of stresses, making the most of all your life skills to hopefully prolong your survival in the horribly harsh environment around you. Coping with countless difficulties

In today’s world, the things you have to confront are everywhere. Food shortages make it difficult to find food and drink every day. Lack of materials makes the ability to build a sustainable house and base always encounter obstacles. There weren’t many weapons left, there were only scrap metal around. You will have to take advantage of your ingenious crafting skills to create useful items and put them to use before it’s too late.

It’s not just a lack of everything. Evil enemies are still lurking everywhere. It could be that the air is contaminated with radiation, the weather is constantly changing without warning, or simply a cold that can take a fragile life if a cure is not found in time.

Even more sinister is that there are many mutant creatures wandering around. They were created from previously gentle animals and plants of Earth. Perhaps some supreme being has not completely eliminated human life and still wants to give humanity another chance. The evidence is that many dangers and destruction are happening here. But at the same time there are countless supplies, items, resources left over. The more you venture into exploring different areas, the more chances of survival you will discover for yourself and for those lucky enough to be like you.

You may accidentally pick up an unexpected healing box, a treasure that contains some advanced weapons. Then there’s a whole bunch of resources, tools used to build houses, or an area with a lot of food suitable for storage. AfterDoom encourages you to travel a lot and explore a lot. The more so, the higher the chance of survival.

Faced with choices

Sometimes during your survival, exploration and combat, you will be faced with situations that force you to make difficult decisions. Should you save another living person while you are also struggling to find food and water? Should you go into a small, dark alley that seems very dangerous but hopefully there are many useful items, or choose to go on a big, empty road but with little chance of finding items? With every decision you make, you could be setting yourself up for a different ending for your character in AfterDoom.
